All services are provided on a custom project basis. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Use of Website

• Providing necessary access and credentials during development and deployment
• Maintaining your infrastructure and ensuring uptime
• Cloud costs incurred by running the deployed solutions
• Data security and compliance within your own infrastructure

4.3 Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project specifications, and data as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are specified in the applicable Service Agreement or SOW. Generally:

• Fees are based on project scope, complexity, and estimated time
• Payment milestones are defined in the SOW
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Project Deliverables and Acceptance

Deliverables, acceptance criteria, and timelines are defined in the applicable SOW. You agree to:

• Review deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe
• Provide feedback and request revisions as specified in the SOW
• Accept deliverables that meet the agreed-upon specifications

Failure to provide feedback within the specified timeframe may be deemed acceptance of the deliverable.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT:

• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• WE DO NOT WARRANT SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES OR ROI, EXCEPT AS GUARANTEED IN WRITING IN A SOW
• YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING DEPLOYED SOLUTIONS MEET YOUR COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR COSTS INCURRED IN YOUR CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR SECURITY BREACHES WITHIN YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCB AI Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Website or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Data or content you provide to us

10. Term and Termination

10.1 Website Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

10.2 Service Projects

Termination terms for service projects are defined in the applicable Service Agreement or SOW.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For active service projects, changes to Terms will not affect existing Service Agreements or SOWs unless mutually agreed in writing.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Service Agreement or SOW, constitute the entire agreement between you and CCB AI Solutions regarding the use of our Website and services.
